DID YOU KNOW?
Hugging someone you love says more than saying “I love you.”
Hugging eases stress, making you and the other person feel happier.
You can’t hug someone without getting one back.
You should hug at least 12 times per day (now, that sounds tough even for me and I’m a hugger!)
Hugs are one of the few actions that gets better when prolonged (well, maybe not too long or it may get creepy for some.)
Since it’s Hump Day…no, not in that manner (tsk!), let’s embrace some change within ourselves first. Like the very wise man, Michael Jackson once sang, “I’m starting with the man in the mirror. I’m asking you to make a change…If you wanna make the world a better place, then take a look at yourself and make a change. (Man in the Mirror)”
Day 3: Change your perspectives which are hard to grasp; see it from another point of view: learn to listen and understand.
